Having more than a decade of outstanding project management experience, he is widely honored with both national and international awards for excellence in problem-solving and groundbreaking innovation—including the Acoustical Society of America Excellence Medal, the Swedish Acoustical Society Award, and as a 2× AI patent holder—he masterfully blends creative problem-solving with technical excellence. At EmoCare AI, he leads by translating bold, transformative ideas into scalable, human-centered technologies that bridge science, society, and drive meaningful impact.

Prof. Chehreghani is an internationally recognized expert in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Decision Making. An inventor with multiple patents and a substantial body of scientific publications, he has dedicated his career to advancing the science of intelligent systems. His pioneering work in Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, and Scalable Machine Learning Algorithms is helping to redefine the boundaries of modern technology. Dr. Amin Mottahedin

Co-founder & Domain Lead

Oxford Neurobiologist

Dr. Mottahedin is a Senior Research Fellow at University of Oxford’s Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences. His work explores how biochemical mechanisms in the brain shape pathological responses to injury and disease. His recent research focuses on circadian rhythms (the body’s internal clock) that influence the development and progression of many diseases, including psychological disorders, as well as responses to treatment. At EmoCare AI, he leads as Domain Lead in Neurobiology, ensuring our technologies are deeply grounded in brain science and translated into innovative solutions that advance human well-being.
