Role Description

We’re seeking a highly independent and hands-on Experienced Full-stack Software/App Developer to join our growing team in Gothenburg. In this role, you’ll design and build end-to-end software solutions, collaborate with our cross-functional R&D team, and integrate cutting-edge AI models into scalable, production-ready applications. You will also be expected to stay ahead of the latest AI advancements and actively contribute to our most innovative projects. This is an on-site role in Gothenburg.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end app development process across our multi-app platform. 

• Collaborate closely with our Gothenburg-based R&D team to bring AI solutions into real-world applications. 

• Implement best practices in design, architecture, development, and scaling. 

• Integrate AI models and pipelines into robust, user-facing applications. 

• Ensure a seamless, secure, and scalable user experience across multiple applications. 

• Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment where creativity meets execution.

Requirements

• Based in Gothenburg (or willing to relocate) for on-site collaboration. 

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.

• Solid experience in backend development, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. 

• Proven ability to design, implement, and scale complex software systems from the ground up. 

• Strong background in mobile app development Frameworks (Flutter, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, or .NET MAUI). 

• Understanding of big data, optimization, microservices, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). 

• Demonstrated track record of scaling apps and managing high-performance systems. 

• Creative, solutions-focused mindset with the drive to lead projects from concept to launch. 

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration is a strong plus. 

• Passion for working in a fast-paced, impact-driven startup.
